StrategiaGTM evaluated a variety of custom software companies in Latin America. After identifying targets of interest, StrategiaGTM leveraged its international team to contact and assess the interest of an acquisition from the different Target Cos throughout LatAm.
Introduction and Due Diligence
From the top acquisition candidates, one company was selected to conduct due diligence. Strategia was instrumental in facilitating the conversations between the Spanish-speaking Mexican target and our US-based, English speaking client.
